This is a fun, exciting and challenging indoor fitness boot camp. Our trainers build a new 10 station circuit every day utilizing Trx Suspension Training, free-weights, bosus, punching bags, kettlebells, aglity drills and dozens of other innovative techniques to keep you challenged and engaged.
