I want to share Beachbody in home fitness with other like minded people that are looking to start out on a fitness transformation or improve their current fitness level. Great for cross training! We will be working out to program such as P90X, Insanity, Turbo Fire, Brazil Butt Lift, Rev Abs and Les Mills Pump. All fitness levels welcome.
I am looking for people that want a support system to cheer them on with their weight loss goals. Positive thinkers only! No weigh ins - you set your own goal weather its a number on a scale, fitting into a special dress or increased energy.
